You can request deletion of all data Mayra Jewelry holds about you at any time.

What we store

Your Facebook user ID, name, and profile picture (from Facebook sign-in), plus any order details, wishlist items, and contact information you have provided.

How to request deletion

  1. Send a message to our Facebook page or email us, with the subject "Delete my data". Include the name on the account.
  2. Alternatively, remove the Mayra app from your Facebook settings: Settings → Apps and Websites → Mayra → Remove. This revokes our access immediately; we will then delete the associated record on our side.

Timeline

We will confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. Encrypted backups containing the data are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.
